Promotional products make up a $22.9 billion industry. Why is the industry thriving? 

In today's world, we are all inundated with digital and online advertising. Sponsored social media posts, search engine ads, pre-roll videos, you name it, companies are all fighting for seconds of consumers' attention to make brand impressions. 

However, in this cluttered digital world, people are now getting back to the basics with branded merchandise and products to drive customer engagement for long periods of time.  In fact, in a 2017 consumer study conducted by the Advertising Specialty Institute, more than 8 out of 10 (84%) of customers remember the business on the promotional products they've received even 12 months later.
